Our concept

The key concept of Saveurs du Chef is the satisfaction of our customers in their providing traditional sauces or “over measure” dishes.

All our preparations are carried out starting from natural ingredients of first choice.

Thanks to its professional long experience in the field of the pork-butchery, we select the best meats necessary to the realization of sauces and stuffings.

In order to preserve all their savors and flavors, the sauces are cooked during several hours, and are then cooled quickly for a better hygiene thanks to a process of auto--pasteurization.

For each need of our customers, we can work out new receipts personalized such as sauces “Halal”, “Kosher”, “Organic”,…

It is the same for our conditionings which go from 200Gr to 5 kg.
